The journey begins with snacks for the table, including the comforting Pan de Bono, a warm cassava cheese bread, and the bold flavours of the King Crab Nikkei Maki and Argentinian Shrimp Cocktail, featuring zesty horseradish and morita chili.
For the second course, guests can choose from an array of expertly crafted dishes. Highlights include the rich and indulgent Empanada, filled with braised porcini and topped with A5 Wagyu, and the Seafood Tortilla Soup, a layered creation of lobster, mussels, and a sesame tostada nestled in a flavourful broth.
